Flexible, managers will accommodate if you have something to do.
Cons
Incredible amounts of favoritism. Warehouse is divided into 2 sections, one half gets hour long breaks while the other only gets 30. Current management fired people who were doing their job well blaming “ budget cuts “ but proceeded to hire what seems to be their friends But not in the position said people were fired in now one section is very much understaffed. Ownership doesn’t seem to care about these personnel issues since it seems to be saving them money. No room for growth in the slightest, you will never get a raise $13.50 is terrible for the amount of work you have to do due to these personnel issues.
