Team/Family healthy environment, Great management, unique culture. Every one has a valid voice to improve things, learning never ends, cool aircraft, summer BBQs, great holiday party, self organized outings with coworkers, general concern for well being, interesting people, everyone comes together to get the job done, great customers, lots of support, bring your dog to work Fridays, airshow, aircraft manufacturer demos, exotic car show, unique workplace where almost everyday is an adventure, cool pilots and crews and more cool aircraft. One day you're marshalling in a Cessna 150 and the next, towing a CF-18 or fuelling a brand new Global 7000. ..and more cool aircraft.
