      Pros

      Professional If desire a career in Line Crew. One of the best spots to do it Very active

      Cons

      Rotational Schedule is hard to adapt to. PPE investment is low and bad quality Feedback about performance has no structure. No correcitve action meeting. No way to know about performance from manager until you see your termination letter.

      Good exposure to Aviation with OK pay

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and excellent exposure to GA, parts 121 and 135 and Fire/Forestry Aviation especially as a flight school student, CFI who is building hours or just as a part-timer. Fantastic opportunity to network with all sorts of pilots, flight crew and mechanics. Can make very nice tips from time to time. Also very stable demand in this particular industry.

      Cons

      Can be very long days and pay is better than working line service for an airline but still isn’t amazing for the liability, stress and exposure the job requires.
