Pros
Really amazing and talented people who are always willing to help and assist whenever possible. There was a sense of unity and understanding in the first few months and the onboarding process was well put together.
Cons
Organization seems a bit unorganized and almost a start-up mentality when it came to processes and leadership. With the lack of work, it became difficult to maintain/sustain the overall health of the company which resulted the Leadership team to make decisions that affected the overall work conditions and culture. In addition, maintaining transparency and proactivity within the company seems to have dissipated within the past year, making it difficult for team members to understand the intent and direction of where the company is headed.
