The Company is forward thinking from the inside out. From the Board, leadership, and every team member in between - we are a cohesive unit who collaborates together to make things happen. Leadership understands that people are the biggest asset in an organization, and they actually back it up, by providing an excellent work-life balance, remote work environment, competitive compensation, and benefits. Not to mention people are actually happy to work here! Which is a big deal and speaks volumes about a company. If you haven't gathered this yet, I am really happy and proud to be a part of SKWD (and no, no one paid me to write this lol). They (the people I work with and for) have earned my loyalty and that is no small feat.
