      Pros

      The culture is supportive, diverse and amazing. I'm a member of the SAID committee. Companywide SAID members covered many topics, not all easy, during 2022. Very educational. Skyward is very supportive of employees giving back to the community, we even have PTO days to volunteer for our favorite causes. Skyward created a foundation that matches charitable donations which I find inspiring. I'm very proud to be a part of the Skyward team.
