Pros

The best thing about Skyward is the people. We have some of the best talent in very strategic areas of the industry. We have highly motivated individuals that love what they do. Communication challenges due to COVID have improved dramatically. We can still feel connected to everyone. And we can acquire talent from anywhere. We are pushing the boundaries for success at every level.

Cons

There are still some improvements to be made, but the Company has plans for that. Most leadership is on board with the changes. I believe the Pros outweigh the Cons at Skyward.

It will be great when everyone can be back in the office, at least some of the time, but people are figuring out how to get their jobs done while working remotely.
