      H1B employees work like slaves

      You'll meet a few really good guys here, so when you want to found a startup you will have the right person

      Cons

      H1B employees work so hard that covers the mistakes and low efficiency of management. Pay is under market level, new employee will get higher salary than the top engineers(not manager) that worked a few years. Dictatorship is sometimes good for the company/board to make profit, but not good for engineers.

      Standard pay out. Good team. Helpful manager. Good HR system. Good benefit.

      Cons

      No training provided , learn from senior and from problem. Lack of catalyst among department to drive continuos improvement. So far haven't received any recognition awards , although success for few project. Unable to see appreciation upon successful of project , not even heard a "Thanks you ".
