      Great people. Small enough that you often see upper management and they know your name. Good leadership who is friendly

      Cons

      For fab jobs there are limited opportunities for growth. Areas are oftentimes understaffed as they are running the factory hard.

      Family atmosphere, hard working committed people, ethical people in management, mostly good communication, lenient attendance policy for bad weather, good engineering support

      Cons

      Business is unstable, a lot of mismanagement by upper leadership, parent Skyworks is clueless and unwilling to help, HR is expert at hiring and firing people, no consistent business plan, awful salary policy = no money!
