Pros
If you want to dread heading to work every day, this is the place for you!! No experience? No problem! They will give you papers to sign to be certified without actually training you!
Cons
Hard workers are expected to pick up the slack of lazy people. Employees are not respected or rewarded. Bonuses are horrible. New workers brought in at higher pay than long time employees make. Supervisors play favorites and seem to pick and choose which policies to enforce across all shifts. No one seems to be on the same page. Communication is non existent and documents are not updated. Never recognized for hard work-only mistakes. Product is more important that safety. Problems are ignored. Fab set up is ridiculous-just smash tools wherever they can find a space.
