Pros
Some good people in company. Pay was decent and bonus was ok.
Cons
Middle mgmt is very inexperienced and it's too bad that their influence is so important in decisions. It's not what you know but who, to get ahead. Too many politics being played and finger pointing. Being thrown under the bus was a daily activity, by your manager who is suppose to be backing you up. Morale is low and people walking around scared for their jobs. Cannot trust your co workers, like another person posted, you will stabbed in the back before you know lit.
