      Mid size company, not too big, but is growing very fast. Positioned in the right market. Generous on giving bonuses and RSUs.

      Cons

      Lack of management's attention if you are not working on the priority projects.

      Leadership is top notch and hire only the most qualified people. Most of the employees are honest, hardworking individuals who are paid well for the work they do.

      Cons

      They have quietly made a name for themselves in the industry. So it is hard to advance because of the talent pool of interested candidates.

      Great stock options, lot of future for the company, managers do very well.

      Cons

      Low salaries for non-managers. In Woburn average age is 55, it seems that promotions are given to Manager's friends.
