      Pros

      From work to home around 20mins walking distance There’s plenty of vending machine so that the night shift personnel doesn’t have to go hungry The vending food are heavily subsidised The salary is quite good

      Cons

      Manpower are stretched thin sometimes 1 person has to cover the whole Cleanroom Management doesn’t communicate effectively to the employees Sometimes the employees are kept in the dark of what’s happening
