It is a design team, but the direct manager can be with undergraduate degree only, so you can imagine that they couldn’t have any substantial contributions and meaningful advises to the team’s work. Even though their professional skills are the same level as kids, they extremely like to micromanage only to show they are working. Keep in mind that not to let them know you from every aspects. They won’t help you anything. Instead, they will take advantage of everything to control you and have you working here under low pay. They can also SHAMELESSLY ask you to work at night and weekends without requesting any benefits from senior management for you. Plus, don’t expect you can get more expertise by repeated work. You will only waste your life here. Many employee have become extremely- employee, because they don’t want to work with such a jerky management. The recruiting advertisements have been hanging around, but it is really hard to find any people to fill the openings. In the meanwhile, more and more people left.
