Slack is such a great place to work because of the people all at levels. We're really a team that values collaboration, teamwork, and hardwork. Slack also has seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help in building community, engagement, and belonging which I really appreciate. In terms of career growth, there are opportunities to learn and try new things, and our leaders embrace space to take risks and think outside the box.

• Heavy Slack and light meeting culture - we use the product to keep team members abreast of key updates and coordinate everything quickly. It's really difficult to see myself working without using Slack so extensively.
