Pros

- diversity and inclusion is top of mind for management - pay is good but achieving quota can be easy or really difficult depending on the market - perks are nice too

Cons

- Salesforce acquisition can have a more negative than positive impact on the Slack culture

Pros

Great people to work with. Competitive salaries. Interesting challenges. Remote work for some roles.

Cons

The Salesforce aquisition has created significant noise and uncertainty. Work to live balance. On call rotation.

Pros

I have never been surrounded by such an inclusive culture focused on working and succeeding together. Everyone I speak with regardless of their title or tenure at the company speaks very positively of their experience also.

Cons

I honestly have nothing to report. It is a process to get through the recruitment, however they do that to ensure the culture they have worked so hard to create remains protected. It is definitely worth the wait.
