      Good culture, access to colleagues, positive vibes, management shares the information

      Cons

      They can't figure out a balanced org structure; too much practice led means practices have mini empires. Too much politics Lots of turf wars among execs.

      Pros

      Great company culture, a lot of fun without the pressure to join in. Sometimes it's okay to sit back and watch! Complete control of my own workload, 90% remote work with 0% micromanaging. Salaries are decent, could be better but there are definitely a lot worse out there. Managers are friendly and easy to approach, I find that everyone is really eager to help.

      Cons

      The salaries are driven by cost of labour rather than other factors, would be good to see salaries increase with inflation and cost of living. Sometimes difficult to navigate the relationship with my overseas counterparts but that could be specific to my team.
