      Pros

      Good people to work with - when it's going good it's going good - The local model helps establish a good team culture.

      Cons

      Because of the local model - there are limits to advancement opportunites. Probably trying to do too much for the size and level of expertise typically available in each local office -

      Minimal communication, can feel like things are kept in the dark.

      Good work-life balance but promotion cycle is difficult

      - Good work-life balance with remote work setting (until 2024 ish) - Good socials and events

      Cons

      - Average salary - Promotion is difficult to achieve - Lots of "bench time" where you'll be idle for a bit of time
