      - People really are Slalom's best asset. Very talented but also fun to hang out with - Practice Team structure allow us to go after projects ranging from strategy to execution - Category-leading tech partners - Clients across diverse industry groups

      Cons

      - Slalom London is growing very fast and infrastructure (e.g. meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, etc.) is lagging but ambitious expansion plans are in the making!

      Pros

      Before joining Slalom it was important for me to find a company that valued its employees and created a safe, inclusive and fun culture for everyone - Slalom absolutely does this. Everyone that works here is passionate about the company, the work they do and the impact they can have. The Manchester office is a growing market which makes it a really exciting time to have joined - you have the autonomy to make your role your own, bring ideas to the team and learn and grow as you go along. On top of all that, they are the friendliest bunch I have ever worked with and everyone is happy to put in time to chat or have a coffee during work hours to build connections.
