On it's worst day, Slalom Consulting is the best career move I ever made. I am humbled daily by the professionalism, integrity, competence and drive of my company to better its employees and serve their clients well. Every company has a culture. Ours is simple: family first. We work very hard but we support each other from the top down and we play even harder. That culture of trust and commitment from management is essential to the happiness of it's employees. Our career development framework is spectacular and envied among our peers.
