Met some outstanding people in the Seattle location, which is home base for this Company.
Cons
* Leadership lack strategic direction and any kind of plan for sustainable business and client practices. * Constantly "over promising and under delivering". Sales people don't know what client success looks like when they sell, and then they blame the delivery teams when things go wrong. * Not inclusive or progressive in their thinking. Always playing catch-up and making the same mistakes over and over. * Basically a franchise operation, with wild variation in practice management and leadership from market to market. Poor cross-market collaboration.
