      Mentality of throwing work on other people - Setting up employees for failure

      Compensation is pretty well compare to competitors

      Cons

      Many directors and senior leaders appear disconnected from the actual work being done. Instead of recognizing and rewarding high-performing technical contributors, additional workload is repeatedly placed on them, creating unsustainable expectations and increasing the risk of failure. A mentality of pushing work on others to get it off your shoulder rather than working together as a team.

      Pros

      Supportive people leaders and genuinely nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership above the market leader level is so chronically and chaotically out of touch with reality. Turnover is insane and culture is slipping due to bureaucratic processes, stalled promotions and bonuses, and lack on inspiration. Reorganizations are so poorly managed and our financials are tanking.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. People are generally nice. Office are nice with good coffee and snacks. Great training opportunities for professional growth. Clients are great to work with especially you get to work with F500 companies at executive level

      Cons

      Golden days are over- no more holiday parties, DEI events, retreats etc. Job security isn’t great now given that there are still silent layoffs. It’s all about selling/BD with lots of ppl on the bench. Promotion isn’t easy to attain. Again, economy isn’t great either.
