Pros
It use to be constant me and exciting work. The work eventually changed to staff Aug or just getting thrown in a random roll to keep people billable.
Cons
It's not a friendly culture. Unless you're in the in crowd you don't get noticed or promoted. Women leaders are not supportive and some took alternate routes to get to the top. There's a lot of unreported sexual harassment that happens. If you do report it it's used against you a later date.
