      Pros

      Opportunity to work on meaningful projects and actually make improvements for clients.

      Cons

      Must be comfortable learning new processes, skills, industries, etc. with each new project. That combined with the pressure of staying contracted/staffed is not aligned with all personality types.

      Pros

      nice people, knowledgable, good internal knowledge sharing, passionate, upfront about the type of work they do and want to do and how you will fit into it

      Cons

      they are still learning how to manage the size of the staff as compared to the amount and type of work they can do and want to win/earn/sell
