      Pros

      The people are amazing! They really care about your personal growth and well being. The culture at the location level is amazing.

      Cons

      Executive team is out of touch and don't have a clear direction for the company. They are all over the place, lack diversity, and aren't truthful about the state of the business. They will say one thing while doing another. Multiple layoffs followed by, no plans for the future.
