Warm inviting culture, plenty of SME's across all technologies to learn from and collaborate with, and clear career advancements/developments.
Cons
Bench-life is monotonous and grating, leadership has favorites, project opportunities are few and far between, leadership is not held accountable. CYA culture is rampant, senior project leads will throw you under the bus if a project goes haywire, they will protect clients from any form of criticisms, and throw junior consultants to the wolves without any training or preparation. Two-faced management will say they believe in every consultant, but joke about their lack of success in front of other consultants.
