      Pros

      Some people can be nice.

      Cons

      - no work life balance (12+ hour days) - can be very unorganized & unstructured when it comes to undeveloped project management - micromanagement - long hours - unnecessary long & blast of communications at all hours, constantly glued to screen - lack of recognition, credit taken from higher ups - high attrition & turnover - bad benefits - weird culture of “we care about our employees” but also you better do it & bring in money to the company. - telling employees to smile especially women or minorities is toxic and rooted in historical racism & misogyny

      Some nice perks from time to time. Ability to work from home. Don't need to travel frequently to clients.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Little room for development. Flat organization. Salary on lower range for consulting.

      Overall, good people. Interesting clients for the most part Nice pay, decent benefits

      Cons

      At least in my office, not every leader practiced what they preached. To the point that HR got involved and they were still more concerned about protecting the manager who had blatantly created a hostile workplace than protecting the team member who did what he was told until he couldn't any longer.
