      Nothing at all. Biggest regret of my career was joining this miserable company

      People who managed to suck up to the right management will be allowed to abuse their direct reports. My PL never even bothered trying to get me staffed, advise on whom to speak to, belittled me when I tried, made multiple extremely sexist remarks, and he was still lauded by the bros club. The women are also awful and will cut you down any chance they get. Like they seem to forget they're at Slalom and not McK. I was scolded for not being 100% during a miscarriage by both male and female leaders. I had communicated I was ill, but apparently I "let the team down"
