      Pros

      Slalom used to truly be one of the best places to work. I worked at Slalom for nearly 6 years.

      Cons

      Over the last 2 years or so the culture started to go downhill. Leadership became toxic. It is no longer a meritocracy, rather who you know to get ahead. After multiple rounds of layoffs this past year, I don't know how Slalom will recover.
