      Limited/no growth opportunities exist, and the path to the next level is very hazy. You probably have to be part of a close-knit group to be considered for certain staffing opportunities.

      For someone just starting their career, good place to work to get some experience.

      Cons

      Not everything is as transparent as they claim for policies and procedures. And asking questions about it doesn't help. There is a lot of internal politicking.
