      Pros

      There are wonderful people employed here who you will work with on a regular basis. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow your network.

      Cons

      Consultants are notoriously underpaid, which is known across the industry. Senior leadership at a regional level has little to no control over how they lead their teams. At a global level, leadership seems incredibly out of touch, and will pat themselves on the back for how in touch they feel. The market I am in is feeling like the Titanic with how everyone is leaving for more lucrative opportunities.

      Pros

      My People Leader was amazing and there were lots of kind people there outside of my team.

      Cons

      The team I was on was up-staffed so I was working with high level employees who didn’t give me any real work but also constantly questioned me on what I was doing. They love to say they give feedback, but when you ask for it they have nothing to say and when they do have feedback it hits you hard because it’ll be on random things that could have been fixed sooner had they delivered feedback when asked. Overall, terrible team culture I really did not like my experience with my project.

      Limited/no growth opportunities exist, and the path to the next level is very hazy. You probably have to be part of a close-knit group to be considered for certain staffing opportunities.
