      Pros

      -I can see Slalom being an ok starting role for someone fresh out of college, but you’d have to know when to leave (1-2 years) -Some great initiatives to help with work-life balance during the pandemic (thrive benefits, me day)

      Cons

      - promotion process is long and redundant - disconnect between global and local teams - pay is on low end of market - people managers feel unprepared to deal with day to day management challenges -despite their best efforts to change the narrative, there is very much a “cult” feel
