      Pros

      They some how managed to attract a great group of talent. Have met some amazing and wonderful people that worked there.

      Cons

      Bully boss, hostile, abusive, toxic work environment. Untrustworthy leadership team. Culture is for show and to sell to people in interviews. Once you arrive, they could care less. Rather than fix the issues they allowed amazing senior team members to leave (in droves) and backfilled them with cheap mediocre talent.

      Broken and Painful

      Pros

      There are some really great consultants (unfortunately mixed with some really horrible egos).

      Cons

      Huge problem with narcissism. Leadership is uninspiring, and frankly lacking in basic sound principles of management. Strong culture of people who lack awareness of self and others.

      Body shop bordering on small cult / pyramid scheme.

I have heard the small cult type of statement before because we definitely are big on celebrating our values and purpose, but never heard a pyramid scheme before - I actually kind of chuckled on this.
