Pros
Work life balance is decent at consultant levels. Some genuine and good people.
Cons
Doesn’t pay that well. There are wide pay ranges at each level but the highest is generally lower than the higher range of the Big 4. Not a place for you , if you don’t know how to suck up to your manager. (It can actually be a pro if you know how to do that.) If you spend your weekends barbecuing at your mangers house while your wife/girlfriend laughs at his unfunny jokes , you’ll get promoted every 6 months. However if you like to keep professional and personal separate and want to get ahead just on the basis of your work it will be an uphill battle. And they would tell that to your face , that you are not embracing the “People Culture” and not “building relationships”. The HR team is there just for paperwork, they let managers create exceptions do what they want anyways. There are no checks and balances.
