      Pros

      Pay isn’t that bad, decent benefits. Work life balance is really good for a consultancy.

      Cons

      Going through changes and a massive reorg. These are always difficult but some how a consultant firm that does this for other businesses absolutely botched this. The deadline has moved a ton and there still isn’t a holistic clear picture of how this is going to work. This is the right move to go from a “franchise” business model to a real national one, but there is still so much that needs to be changed. From staffing, employee metrics, standardized SOWs, org wide best practices for each practice. Also stop letting locations opt in or out of this, this should not be optional based on location.
