      Honestly, very little to offer. Maybe decent work-life balance if you’re lucky, but that depends on the project.

      Cons

      Slalom is where careers stagnate. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit, leading to a highly political environment where backdoor deals matter more than actual contributions. The pay is below industry standards, and leadership is bloated with ineffective management that prioritizes optics over impact. If you're looking for career growth, mentorship, or a fair playing field—look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Slalom WAS an exceptionally different consulting company

      Cons

      The founding leadership at Slalom did a great job getting Slalom here but is proving incapable of getting us there. No one can buck the leader. Everyone know it but it’s not changing. Who could help would be an independent Board of Directors. But Slalom’s BoD is the exact same people on ELT with the exception of an early investor and one other woman. Until some leaders actually accept that they need to step down, nothing will change.
