      * compensation * benefits * PTO and holidays * misaligned and deceptive messaging from senior leadership * recent hyper growth deteriorating the culture that once attracted talent * strange local/global dynamics * changing and ambiguous promotion benchmarks * lack of mentorship and growth opportunities * career opportunities disproportionately given to small subsets of employees * company continuing to encroach on Big 4 culture, without name brand, compensation, and benefits
