Pros

Slalom is a rapidly expanding business with a wide variety of career opportunities. I love how you can build your own career in any direction you want.

Cons

While certainly fun to build a business it can be a lot of work - long hours, challenging projects and tough clients

1. More family oriented culture than Big 4s 2. Opportunity to pursue new areas of interest

Cons

1. PTO policy less than others - would be great to revise 2. 401K matching - would be great to be competitive with others
