9yThis is John Tobin. Thank you for taking some time to share your thoughts. I appreciate you recognizing and calling out our culture. As you probably know, our Inclusion program is something that has gained a lot of traction over the last couple of years at Slalom. Our training around "Widening the Circle" has been well received as we roll this out to the whole company. This speaks to embracing everyone as their true self (including being an introvert or extrovert) In terms of bringing more thought leadership, especially from a industry stand-point, I think we also see that as a good opportunity for us as well.
