This is John Tobin. I think consulting can be a challenging career in general and I do believe that we value working at our clients as a major priority for our employees. We also do want / encourage people to continually give back to each other and the company. With all this though, our big differentiator here is that we truly do care about people on a personal level. I really encourage you to get to know your people manager and build a relationship with this person so that they can help guide you in your career and in what is truly important at Slalom.
