Depends on departments and people you worked with, there’re some awesome people in the company.
Cons
Always reconstructing or re-organization. Well, let’s get it straightforward, always laying off employees… no future plans, low efficiency, slate definitely maybe looks cooler from outside to the general public, but if you work for the company good luck with that
The normal workforce has some really great people.
Cons
The Environment is very toxic and feels as if your always competeing for why you shuoldn't be apart of the next layoff due to "restructuring". Leadership always is changing, employee turnover is high and no one really knows whats next.
Enthusiastic colleagues, a great idea that has charmed the world, lots of interest and name recognition, scrappy environment and flat structure
Cons
Looks cooler from the outside. Chaotic inside; some is pace, some is individual managers who are great contributors on their own but not good at leading or supporting their reports.
Lots of focus shifts and responsibility without authority.
A bit of a cult around Brand. Great work, but everything else comes second. Hard to get buy-in and sign off on critical mid- to long-term projects that aren't brand.
Lack of focus.
