      Pros

      Job security! A great place to work if you have a family or plan to start one. Paid every week. A great growing industry that will always be a necessity because every business need the ability to process cards.

      Cons

      We have and hour lunch break. I would prefer it be 30 minutes.

      More than a Job.. it's a LIFESTYLE!

      Pros

      It feels good coming into work everyday loving what you do and the people you work with. The best thing about SLICE, is that we it's a company based on the foundation of family. The employees at SLICE are not just employees; they all treated with the same level of love and respect despite title. EACH ONE, TEACH ONE.. so that everyone LEVELS UP!

      Cons

      The only con I truly see is not with the company but the industry that we are in. Unfortunately not every processing company TRULY cares about the merchants that they work with. That alone as created "bad taste" in the mouths of business owner that could be difficult to overcome. However, with a genuine and caring approach to each and every business owner, SLICE continues to shine amongst the rest.

      I've been working at Slice for over 2 years, and I can honestly say I haven’t had a single bad experience. The management team is incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional—they’re always ready to support you. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong and empowering female leadership within the company. It’s something I deeply value and feel grateful to witness every day. The office culture is warm, inviting, and genuinely friendly. Despite the 9–6 schedule, the work-life balance is very manageable, and the flexible time-off policy is a huge plus. It feels like Slice understands that employees are human beings first. If there’s one area I wish the company would improve, it’s the benefits—especially around health insurance and retirement plans. That said, the people and the culture here truly make up for it. I’m proud to be part of this team.
