Pros

The sales team is driven and there is strong sense of teamwork. Leadership is approachable and receptive to new ideas, and there are paths for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the mentorship—I've had the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders who genuinely care about helping me succeed.

The team is collaborative and supportive, and my manager involves me in projects while taking the time to explain things thoroughly. There’s also strong potential for growth within the company.

Pros

The benefits exist, but they are nowhere near enough to make up for the misery of working here.

Cons

- The salary is insulting and does not match the endless amount of work piled on. - Workloads are crushing and never let up, no matter how much you give. - Growth is impossible, with no real path forward and no recognition of hard work. - Management demands the impossible yet cannot be bothered to train employees properly. - Support is completely absent, leaving you stranded to fix everything on your own. - The overall environment is suffocating, demoralizing, and pushes people out rather than motivating them to stay.
