      Pretty down to earth people Work from home Discretionary PTO, managers that allow you to use it Managers that care Tickets aren’t overwhelming Working with various clients can be a learning experience

      Some managers can be overbearing(RARE) Salary is below average Help can sometimes be amiss, everyone is too busy

      Pros

      CEO truly cares about the employees & wants everyone to enjoy working with the company. Great benefits including a discretionary PTO policy. Very inclusive environment. Fully remote work. It's really exciting working for a young company that's grown so massively and so quickly. I'm looking forward to seeing where we go! Leadership team is really helpful & we have a really generous referral bonus program. Lots of room for growth.

      Typical growing pains. Business is BOOMING but leadership is doing their best.
