hardwork gets you no where can get let go for things that are not your fault skips yearly pay increases for some but not all and makes you fight for it

Cons

Steer clear if you value stability, fairness, any type of actual leadership. Looking to blame everyone else outside of people in position of leadership. Everything gets filtered through 2 co-founders. If you weren’t part of the original team, you’ll never break into the boys club.
