Working here was genuinely traumatizing. There were no raises for years, no matter how hard you worked or how long you stayed. Instead, they kept bringing in abusive managers who thrived on control and intimidation. I saw coworkers have full-on mental breakdowns, and honestly, I was close to one myself. The environment was both physically and mentally unsafe, with zero regard for basic safety protocols or even labor laws. It often felt downright illegal. There was no loyalty, no protection, and no humanity. You’re just a body filling a role, and once you break, they move on to the next. It left me with more trauma than experience.

Management refuses to invest in employees. They fail to provide any proper training, refuse to give raises, severely underpay, and make unrealistic demands. Turnvoer is high because employees quickly figure out that there isn't a point in working here, you're just made to suffer.
