Pros

- In terms of overall work & people behavior, the culture is good - There is budget for parties - Free friday lunch - Benefits like gym reimbursements

Cons

- Frequent layoffs. Each 6 month, people are laid off. On one side the company hires and then lay off on other side. - Insecurity about job and fear among peoples - High count of management employees than the actual developers. So, fear of layoff is very high. - People are focused in boot licking the management than the actual work to prevent layoff -Medical insurance is not good

Pros

They do have lots of budget for parties and celebrations

Cons

Lot of work pressure and they lay off employees every quarter with some reasons. Even if you perform good, there are chances of lay off. So you need to worl there with a tension always.
