      - Deep Respect shown to everyone, at all levels - Great colleagues who are highly technical, yet very humble and hungry to learn - Employee friendly flexible benefits plan - very carefully designed keeping in mind the needs of employees - Competitive Compensation is a big plus - feeling of being valued - Culture of 'Walk' the 'Talk', Openness (management that listens to feedback) - Strong Leadership Team that strives for continuous improvement in every area - HR team that truly cares for the people - Fun - 1 day, every quarter (Team outings - Movies, Lunch, Games)!

      Pros

      I have been fortunate to work for Smarsh Bangalore before and after the merger. Exciting times with a change in culture that is honest and transparent. Leadership truly sticks to their guns when it comes to making sure the core values such as People First, Embrace the Impossible and Inspire Confidence are propelled across the organization. New initiatives and focus on mentorship, diversity & inclusion, wellness, and soft skills training help in creating a good work environment for employees.

      Cons

      Parking is an issue, but the management is working on fixing this issue. Not so much a con, but like every rapidly growing organization, there are growing pains when it comes to processes.

We appreciate you highlighting programs we have implemented and/or extended globally post merger, it's important for us to provide these opportunities to employees in all our offices. In particular, the recent additions of our Inclusion Committee, extended Wellness, Scholarship and Mentorship programs are providing great opportunities for our employees to enrich their experience. We're also excited about our continued growth, and the market opportunities in front of us and we will not stop improving our systems and processes, to make sure we're keeping up with our employee and customers needs.
