Can always bring any cons on the anonymous internal forums that get addressed when provided constructively.

Team is great, lots of room to improve and try new things. Also remote work is allowed which is really awesome

Cons

Legacy code as in every place. So its difficult sometimes to provide better solutions to a new problem. Backwards compatibility I would say

Very entrepreneurial organization, outstanding culture and many opportunities to grow. They provide you all the tools to succeed, you have to use them though!

Cons

People used to rigid environments, lots of processes and protocols, micromanagement and heavy office politics typically aren't the best fit
