      Pros

      - Transparent culture, especially around COVID response - Increased commitment and ownership among and across teams - Culture of feedback is evolving, we're getting better

      Cons

      - Some teams challenging to collaborate with, often point to "it's not a goal for me, so I can't help you" - Shifting priorities make it challenging to get big stuff done over time as planned - Some key non-exec personnel under-performing, not seeming to improve over time

      Transparent, Transformational and Inspiring Culture

      Pros

      Very motivational culture. Recently, there is complete ownership of issues, full transparency, transformational leadership and focus on customer's outcomes. Customer Success and their outcomes is the new mantra . Everything is being looked at from customer's experience perspective.

      Cons

      Geo-dispersed team. If you are not comfortable with long hours and working way early in the morning or late in the evenings to coordinate with geo-dispersed global workforce, this is not the place for you.

      We got pay hikes!!

      Pros

      I am relieved, overjoyed, thankful all at the same time that I got my annual hike. With Covid situation and so many people losing jobs or taking pay cuts, this company reduced many other expenses (CEO said sr. Mgmt also took some cuts) so that it can give employees their yearly raises. I am lucky to be here and good that I took this offer couple of years ago. Lot Of companies talk about giving great benefits and care about people blah blah. During tough times as these is when charcter of company comes out. CEO said he will do everything possible to ensure no job losses at this kind of time. I am just so happy to be here. I give you full marks for this

      Cons

      Things can get quite hectic as there is always work, always!!! there is more work during covid also because we are in compliance and archiving so products getting used more. But we need to get more people Can do better on food and beverages. Keep more inhouse itself
